The Dawn stands out from other residential designs with its focus on incorporating natural elements as the main components of the space. From the environment to the building, and from the building to the interior, the design seamlessly carries the natural atmosphere throughout. The use of materials such as granite stone, gardens, water features, and natural light from the ceiling creates an environment that resembles a natural stone cave, enhancing the overall aesthetics and ambiance.

The interior space of The Dawn is the heart and soul of the architecture. The design team, consisting of HaoYun Chi and HsingHung Chen, carefully considered the linkage between architectural elements and the indoor space. Materials like solid wood, air-faced concrete, and natural stone were used to create a coherent vocabulary that enhances each indoor experience in terms of vision, touch, and smell. The Dawn covers a construction area of 258 square meters and is located in the hot spring area of Taipei. The design team conducted extensive research on the regional history and culture to establish a series of spatial vocabulary and elements that would resonate with the local context. By blurring the boundaries between the environment, architecture, and interior, The Dawn creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that invites residents to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature.

The Dawn has received recognition for its outstanding design. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. This prestigious award is bestowed upon designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology.
